In 2007, school children in Endonyio Sidai had to walk for an hour through dangerous wildlife areas to go to school. Today they have their own school, successful students, and are a model for what FKSW hopes for in its partner communities.
We first connected with the Kachiuru community in 2004. After many years of projects and partnerships, and a generous donation of $14,000 from partner Wide Awake, the community now has a dedicated medical dispensary to serve the local community. The building is complete, and we are so proud!
Donations make our work possible. Please consider contributing to Friends of Kenya Schools and Wildlife.
